How to transfer knowledge and experience from the old to the young?
Between 2005 and 2016, the proportion of employees over the age of 45 in the Netherlands increased by approximately 15% to 51% of the total workforce. This development will continue over the next 10 to 20 years. The question for the industry is: ‘How do we transfer knowledge and experience from the babyboomers to the young engineers/operators?’
