Brightlands Chemelot Campus realizes new industrial buildings on the campus in Sittard-Geleen for Sitech Services, Sekisui, Brightlands Materials Center, The Compound Company, Kembit, ZUYD Hogeschool and Isobionics. These two buildings, called Brighthouse 220 and 240, reached the highest point today. A festive moment when the new name was revealed in the presence of investors, tenants and parties involved in the construction.
The buildings are a design by Pauwert Architectuur from Eindhoven. BAM Bouw realizes the buildings. From these company buildings, the collaboration at Chemelot between research & development and production will be further intensified. The location on the Brightlands Chemelot Campus and the choice to accommodate several companies in one building offer excellent opportunities for collaboration,durability and synergy advantage. The new tenants share facilities, knowledge and international networks with the other campus companies.

The construction phase of Brighthouse 220 and 240 started in January 2018, the completion of the buildings is planned for the end of 2018, with an official opening in early 2019.
