Implemented CBM solution within a few hours

Challenge

A reactor in one of the factories suddenly reported an unknown fault. The plant's Process Control Engineer wanted to find out what was causing the problem by visualizing the condition of the reactor via the Sitech Asset Health Center.

Action:
Together with the Engineering Solution department of Sitech Services BV, we installed vibration sensors on various pipelines in the vicinity of the reactor within a matter of hours. We also set up an online dashboard to display this vibration data in real time.

Added value:
This case shows that our Condition Based Monitoring solution can be implemented within just a few hours. The data is easily accessible, securely stored, and can be deleted upon request.
