Sitech Services is building a new office at Brightlands Chemelot Campus
Brightlands Chemelot Campus is realizing a new office building for Sitech Services on the campus in Sittard-Geleen. This building is a design by Pauwert Architectuur from Eindhoven. From this new office the collaboration between research & development and production will be further intensified.

Sitech realizes innovations in the field of digital and sustainability transitions, so that chemical production processes can be further optimized. This means that more use is made of computer technology and that for production processes less energy and raw materials are needed.
Synergy advantage
The new accommodation is located right in the middle of the working area of Sitech and offers Sitech the possibility to further optimize its services. Sitech deliberately opts for sustainability and synergies, for example by sharing facilities, knowledge and international networks with other campus companies.
Pauwert Architectuur from Eindhoven designed a building in which diversity and character can be applied within a modular system. The design is also applicable to other new building projects on campus. The starting point is that the buildings together with the environment form a pleasant and inviting working climate.
The new office will accommodate 500 of the 1000 Sitech employees from January 2019. The other Sitech employees will remain housed in existing buildings. The building also offers limited space for accommodation for strategic partners of Sitech.
